Tapy is a discovery and engagement engine that connects influencers, businesses and customers, allowing users to explore collaborations, promotions, offers and campaign tracking in one place.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tapy. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the service.

Violation of Platform Term 4.b (e.g., unauthorised data harvesting, scraping, or mass messaging) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

All content on Tapy, including logos, text, design, and code, is the property of Tapy or its licensors and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

Tapy provides its platform “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or violate applicable laws.
